The 76m high free standing lattice broadcast tower on the Isles of Scilly was recently upgraded to digital television along with an FM antenna swap out.

B&W Consultants Ltd were asked to design the antenna support interface steelwork for both installations as well as the design of a lifting derrick which was to be fixed at the top of the tower to lift in place the digital cardiod antenna.

Detailed on site measurements were taken by B&W Consultants Ltd climbing engineers to insure fabrication accuracy.
